Return Policy
Our goal is 100% satisfaction with all of the products and services we offer. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please give us a call at 303-520-4961 or email us at info@cwscol.com. We’ll work with you to determine an acceptable solution to the problem based on the situation. All returns that are not due to an incorrect or damaged item are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Clear Water Supply.
Please do not return items without first contacting us for return authorization. We will provide you with details on how to return your item.
Incorrect or damaged items
In the highly unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, please give us a call at 303-520-4961 or email us at info@cwscol.com. And we will correct the issue with your order.
IMPORTANT!
Verify that you have received the correct equipment prior to installation and use! Equipment that has been used or placed in water is not eligible for returns. Regardless of damage or incorrect product, we cannot accept a return for equipment that has been used or placed into water.
Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise stated, most all of the equipment we carry is covered by a manufacturer warranty. We are also happy to help you troubleshoot any problems you have or with processing a warranty repair with one of our manufacturers. Typically, you will be responsible for shipping the warranty equipment to the manufacturer.
